Bring the tools you already use.
Tell your Guru what you run today. We will review the supported connections and setup together.
These are software connections to review with your Guru, not endorsements or certifications. Availability depends on your accounts, plan and the supported apps, some connectors carry their own fees, and not every account supports every sync.
A setup to start the conversation
An illustrative starting configuration for a typical day in your kind of business. It isn't a fixed bundle. A Guru will shape it around your counter, menu and team.
Suggested setups are examples, not recommendations for every business. Feature availability depends on the device and software plan.
From a busy day
to a setup that fits.
Four parts. One conversation. A proposal built around your business.
01Choose the tools for your day.
A register at the counter. A handheld at the table. Start with the job, then choose the device.
Shop the devices ↗Give your team the right tools.
Menu modifiers, inventory or appointments. Your Guru explains which software fits the way you work.
Book a Guru ↗Choose how you get equipped.
Purchase or lease, or ask about rentals for one-time events. Review the terms together.

04Make it ready for a real shift.
Your menu or inventory, staff, printers and training: agree on the help you need before go-live.
Add setup help ↗After your Guru conversation, your written proposal separates equipment, software, processing and the setup services you select.
Devices for your setup

Buy it, lease it, or rent it
Equipment pricing depends on the devices you choose and the path you take, so it's covered in your Guru conversation and written proposal rather than on this page.
Purchase
Pay for the equipment up front and you own it. A good fit when you'd rather not carry a monthly equipment payment.
Lease
Eligible equipment on a fixed-term lease agreement. Eligibility depends on the device and is confirmed in your proposal.
Rental for one-time events
For one-time events only, with a one-month minimum. To qualify, we'll ask for proof of an existing business, proof the event has run before, and the card volume it's expected to take. Rented equipment goes back after the event.
Your proposal lists equipment, software, processing, any setup services you choose, and the agreement terms that apply, each on its own line. Taxes and shipping are shown separately.
Software plans, priced up front
Your devices run on one monthly Clover software plan. Here's what each plan costs and what it includes.
Software only. Each amount is monthly and covers one device. Additional devices add the fee shown on each plan; Go readers aren't counted as additional devices. Your Guru confirms the billing rules that apply to your account. Kitchen Display and Kiosk software are billed separately. Equipment, processing, taxes, optional apps and any other agreed charges are separate and listed in your proposal.
Which kind of business are you? We'll show the ordering options that fit.

- 02Check compatibilityWe confirm what connects to your POS, on which plan, and what needs another app in between.

- 04Prepare your teamTraining on where orders show up, how to pause an app on a slammed night, and who handles changes.
Bring your menu or catalog, your current apps, and the steps that slow you down. Your Guru will help you compare the options before putting a proposal together.
Illustrative workflow. Connection and subscription fees may apply. Availability depends on your business type, location, accounts, POS and software plan. Logos identify options to discuss and don't imply a partnership or endorsement.
More than the device. Help getting it ready.
The hardware is the easy part. Getting your items, staff and printers right is what makes the first busy day go smoothly.
The pieces around the device
Clover-approved accessories, set up and tested with your devices before launch. Need more than one? Add it to your order and your Guru sets the quantity.
