Hardware Shipping
POS terminals, card readers, and other equipment ordered through Guru Pay typically ship within three to five business days of order confirmation and account approval.
Tracking information is sent to the email on file once your order leaves the warehouse. Expedited shipping is available on request for an additional fee.
Returns & Exchanges
Unused hardware in its original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, less any applicable restocking fee.
Defective equipment is replaced at no charge under manufacturer warranty. Contact your dedicated Guru before returning any equipment so we can issue a return authorization.
