Go Guru Pay LLC, doing business as Guru Pay, offers optional text messages to people who choose to receive them.

Messages you may choose to receive

Service messages may concern your inquiries, appointments, applications, onboarding, account updates, and customer support. If you separately choose promotional texts, messages may include Guru Pay merchant services, POS solutions, offers, discounts, and product updates. Promotional text consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.

Stop messages or request help

Reply STOP to stop text messages. You may receive a final message confirming your opt-out. Reply HELP for assistance, call 1-844-725-3933, or email support@gogurupay.com. If you want to receive messages again, provide a new opt-in through our consent form.

Delivery

Messages are subject to carrier and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging providers may process information as needed to deliver messages you authorize. See our Privacy Policy.
